Vineet is a visionary technology leader who drives innovation and operational excellence at The Mutual Group. As Chief Information and Technology Officer, he leads the overall technology strategy, overseeing enterprise applications, data analytics, infrastructure, cybersecurity and IT operations to enhance efficiencies for mutual insurance members.

With more than two decades of global experience in financial services, insurance and private equity-backed companies, Vineet has a proven track record of aligning technology with business strategy to fuel growth and transformation. He has led large-scale digital modernization initiatives, built high-performing teams and leveraged technology—including cloud computing, SaaS solutions, AI and automation—to create lasting business impact.

Before joining The Mutual Group, Vineet held senior leadership roles at Fidelity, Swiss Re, Intact Specialty Insurance and, most recently, OnCourse Home Solutions, a portfolio company of Apax Partners. Throughout his career, Vineet has consistently demonstrated his ability to align technology with business objectives.

Vineet is a graduate of Indore University and Nagpur University in India, and he further honed his leadership skills through the Advanced Management Program at The Wharton School. Passionate about harnessing technology to drive strategic growth, he is dedicated to expanding The Mutual Group’s digital capabilities and delivering innovative solutions that empower its members.
