Naomi is a dynamic leader who champions operational excellence at The Mutual Group. As Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, she oversees human resources, corporate communications and marketing, and executive support—ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment across the organization.

With a passion for attracting, developing and retaining top talent, Naomi leads initiatives that enhance the employee experience and promote organizational effectiveness. She plays a critical role in shaping internal and external communications, optimizing processes, managing change initiatives, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration to support long-term success.

Naomi joined The Mutual Group when it launched in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from her previous role as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at GuideOne Insurance. Before that, she held senior leadership positions at Rite Aid, Nationwide Insurance and CNA Insurance, where she specialized in talent strategy and cultural transformation.

A graduate of Buena Vista University with a bachelor’s degree in human services, Naomi is deeply committed to fostering a high-performing culture of belonging and shaping the future of the insurance industry.
